Emma Cole is the founder of Stet Editorial Services. She graduated from the University of Windsor with a degree in Communication Studies.

After graduating, Emma earned a post-graduate diploma in the Book and Magazine Publishing program at Centennial College in Toronto.

After completing an internship at Scholastic Canada, Emma was asked to stay on and performed a variety of tasks, including copyediting and proofreading. Emma was then hired as the editorial assistant at Key Porter Books, a mid-sized Canadian publisher. While at Key Porter, Emma worked on many books, proofreading, copyediting, and occasionally performing more in-depth editing tasks.

Emma left Key Porter in the summer of 2007 to have a baby, and has since worked as a freelance editor. In addition to editing manuscripts, Emma also writes website content, builds web pages, and researches articles for sites like Elf Designs.
